I needed multiple lines for multiple companies all ringing through to me. Setting it up to work the way my boss needed it to was confusing to me. I did have to call a few times and spoke with several technicians but when I did, they were very polite, and worked hard to come to the proper solution. The fact that I had to call several times was not the fault of the technicians, but because we needed things to route a certain way and the first two solutions brought us close but didn't resolve everything needed. I am not good with phone systems but the technicians did not make me feel like an idiot. They were patient while walking me through things even if they needed to do it several times.

I am so happy that I purchased this phone system.. It makes me so glad that I have a listed number and equipment and an auto attendant and all kinds of other capabilities, to transfer calls and look and perform as if I am a Fortune 500 company. The service and equipment cost me less than $20 per month. This was the best decision I made ever..,. Now the only concern I have is the integration with my ZOHO CRM. It has been a little challenging to say the least but the tech support took good care of me when I realized I was not talented enough to do on my own..
